TAMI AI helps sales and marketing teams find the right companies. We also contact businesses ourselves. This policy sets out how we do that, so anyone who hears from us knows what to expect.

1. Who we contact

We email named people at their work address, at companies whose own public website shows our service could be useful to them. We contact businesses, not consumers. We do not email personal addresses such as Gmail or Hotmail, and in the UK we do not send marketing email to sole traders or partnerships without their consent.

2. Where the details come from

Contact details come from TAMI’s own business database, built from public company websites and business sources, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not buy, rent or share email lists.

3. How we write

Every email is written for the person it goes to and names the reason we’re contacting them. We send small volumes from named TAMI sales people, using sending domains we own. We do not use affiliates or third parties to email on our behalf. Subject lines and sender names are accurate.

4. How many emails

We send no more than 4 emails to a person about any one offer, over about 3 weeks. If anyone at a company replies or asks us to stop, we stop emailing everyone at that company for that offer.

5. Stopping

Every email tells you how to stop: reply “no thanks”, or email dataprivacy@tami.ai. We act on it straight away and within 10 business days at the latest, and we keep a record so you are not contacted again. You can also ask us to remove your record from our database at any time.

6. The law we follow

UK: the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. We email corporate addresses under our legitimate interests, identify ourselves, and give a simple way to opt out.

Ireland and the EU: the ePrivacy rules and GDPR, applied country by country.

United States: the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate headers, a working opt-out and our postal address.

Canada: CASL. We only email Canadian contacts where the law allows, such as a published business address and a message relevant to their role.
